1. Prescription & Clinical Instructions
All laboratory prostheses are fabricated custom-made according to the written prescription and digital CAD design instructions submitted by licensed dental practitioners. The prescribing dentist remains clinically responsible for the overall diagnosis, preparation geometry, biological clearance, and delivery.
2. Warranty Coverage & Remake Guidelines
Pro Dental Lab provides an explicit material warranty ranging from 5 years to lifetime replacement, depending on the restoration class selected. Remakes will be processed at no charge when returning the original restoration, physical model/digital scan, and a clear explanation of discrepancy. Re-preparations or shade changes after initial approval may incur nominal material fees.
3. Logistics & Courier Delivery
Turnaround timelines are calculated in business working days. While Pro Dental Lab maintains same-day express pickup across Pune & PCMC and insured courier dispatch across India, delays resulting from unforeseen transit disruptions or courier logistics will be communicated proactively.
4. Invoicing & Jurisdiction
All commercial transactions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
