The App is a dedicated B2B enterprise medical and dental laboratory software solution designed exclusively for registered dentists and dental clinics to submit restorative prescriptions, track CAD/CAM fabrication stages in real-time, inspect 3D digital STL scans, and verify authentic digital warranty certificates.

To fabricate custom dental prosthetics with 5-axis CAD/CAM precision and maintain traceability under medical device regulations, we process the following information:

• Doctor & Clinic Profile: Doctor Name, Clinic Name, Business Partner Code (BP Code), registered mobile telephone number, email address, clinic delivery address, and encrypted access credentials.
• Clinical Prescription Data: Patient Name or clinical UHID identifier, age, gender, tooth numbering, restoration type (Zirconia Crown, Ceramic Bridge, Clear Aligner, Splint), tooth shade selection, preparation instructions, and digital prescription slips.
• Diagnostic Digital Files: 3D Intraoral Scans (.STL, .PLY, .OBJ), CBCT/DICOM digital slices, and clinical intraoral shade matching reference photos.
• Billing & Warranty Records: Job order numbers, itemized fabrication charges, payment receipts, balance statements, and authentic serial numbers for dental warranty certificates.
• Device & Diagnostic Telemetry: Device model, Android OS version, app version code, network state, and crash analytics strictly for software diagnostic and stability improvements.
